Position: Supply and Distribution Manager

Job Duties:

· Design and implement strategies for supply chain optimisation, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

· Oversee stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses, manage reorder points, and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Coordinate the distribution process to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery.

· Supervise and mentor logistics and warehouse teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to safety protocols.

· Conducting performance reviews and encourage individual and team development.

· Build weekly schedules to ensure optimal stock availability

· Managing the end-to-end logistics service to fulfil the demand

· Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery times, freight costs.

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher degree is required

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

· Strong leadership and analytical skills.

· Proven ability to resolve and manage daily operational tasks.

· Skills in managing urgent, late, and corrective orders to ensure on-time loading and delivery is an advantage

· Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

· Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
