Our client is looking for Customer Support Representative (CSR & TSR )

The Job

Job Responsibilities:

Handle phone support for Csr or IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)

Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers

Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when neede

Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate

With at least 2 years Call Center Experience (CCE) in any account

OR 6 months–1 year Technical Support experience

Freshers are welcome to apply (Must have Excellent Coms)

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice Support)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Clark
