Job Description
$60,000 - $100,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more
Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs
Verify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service work
Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments
Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-upQualifications:
Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory
