Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join a collaborative Family Medicine team. The position allows for professional growth in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Details:

1.0 FTE, full-time status with 36 patient contact hours per week

4-day work week with clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm

Average of 15-18 patients per day with a growing patient panel

Coverage distribution: 3 days per week at Fosston Clinic, 1 day per week at Bagley Clinic, and PRN at Oklee Clinic

WIC coverage 1 Saturday per month

Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills

Works both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Provides care to patients ranging from newborn to elderly

Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention

Requires strong customer service skills to establish positive relationships

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's in Physician Assistant Studies required

Family Medicine and ER advanced practice experience required

Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Family Medicine

Current licensure and certifications in appropriate state

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
