The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Foreperson for our Nelson City Contract Maintenance Team.

As the Foreperson you are passionate about delivering a quality service to all internal and external customers on key projects in the Nelson Region. You will be responsible for managing the crew, maintaining day-to-day production programmes, quality control and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are met by your team.

What you’ll bring to the table

Construction and leadership experience

Full class 2 drivers licence minimum (class 4 preferred)

WTR endorsements with competent skills in roller, excavator and loader operations are advantageous

Self-motivated with the proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

Proficient skills in using IT

Experience with RAMM is an advantage
