Job duties:

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with a focus on effective triage, rapid iteration, and delivering measurable impact.

Project Management & Automation: Demonstrated proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, and related tools. Design and implement ticket workflows and automate integrations between these systems to improve transparency and team efficiency.

Planning & Reporting: Conduct velocity planning, maintain resource allocation plans, and manage Gantt charts for complex cross-functional initiatives. Provide clear, consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to define and document requirements, write user stories, and create supporting training materials.

Quality & Release Management: Establish test case criteria, automate release note generation, and lead QA/UAT processes both before and after releases to ensure quality and adoption.

Job Details

Requirements:

3+ years running Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall).

Proven Jira expertise (set-up, reporting, estimation).

Experience in story pointing, resourcing, large initiative planning.

Flexible approach: able to create structure while adapting to changing needs (not strict "by-the-book" Agile).
