Job Requirements
Apassion for helping seniors
A desire to contribute to apositive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, andall team members
Ability to communicate effectivelyin English; both oral and written
Ability to work every other weekend JobResponsibilities Include
Assist with planning and providing a varietyof active and passive, group and individual activities which enhance themental, physical, spiritual, and social needs of residents through assessments,allowing them to play an active role in the community
Assist with maintaining and expandingVolunteer Programs
Assistin arranging transportation and escorts for residents to and from outside andcommunity activities Qualifications
Theability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents toparticipate daily
Creativityand motivational skills necessary
High school diploma or GED
Certificates/Licenses: A valid driver's license in the state of work is required
