Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Oversee all official social media channels (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Develop a content calendar aligned with promos, product launches, and clinic campaigns.
- Ensure timely responses and engagement with followers
2. Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Head to design and implement service and product promotions.
- Align marketing activations with sales targets across co-owned clinics and franchised clinics.
- Provide analytics on campaign ROI and sales contribution.
3. Creative & Design Management
- Supervise Design Officer for visual merchandising, in-clinic collaterals, and marketing templates.
- Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across all materials.
4. Partnerships
- Build and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
- Negotiate deals that drive exposure and sales growth.
5. Public Relations
- Handle media relations, press releases, and PR events.
- Position Flawless as a trusted aesthetic brand.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and PR.
- Experience managing small teams (design/creative staff).
- Results-driven with a proven track record in supporting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
