Qualifications:
Bachelorâ s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronic assembly.
Knowledge of basic assembly techniques, including soldering and crimping.
Experience using lab equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscope.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Moderate computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities:
Conduct technical research and analysis to support engineering projects.
Design, develop, and test systems, equipment, and components using specialized software and tools.
Build and test prototypes of products or systems to evaluate performance and identify design problems.
Assemble modules, integrate systems, develop build process and resolve build-related issues.
Collect and analyze data from experiments, tests, and fieldwork to identify trends and anomalies.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Provide technical support to engineers and other project team members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project tasks and resources.
Collaborate with other technical professionals, including engineers, scientists, and designers, to develop and implement solutions to technical challenges.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the engineering field.
Provide project support for upcoming demo tool by working with Engineering to identify delta and retrofit parts, develop and manage build schedules to meet project deadlines add retrofit systems and resolve issues.
