Job specification

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Ensure patient comfort and safety while promoting their overall well-being.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatments in accordance with facility policies.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and recovery processes.

Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their care is continuous and coordinated.

Candidate requirements

Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri or eligibility for licensure.

Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
