To support our continued growth, we are now seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven
Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us strengthen our brand presence, attract new
clients, and expand our business.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist at Moroccan Hammam, your role is pivotal in promoting our
authentic wellness brand and driving guest engagement. Your responsibilities are designed to
amplify the allure of Moroccan Hammam’s sanctuary-style spa experience, immersive,
luxurious, and steeped in tradition, while driving strategic growth and customer delight.
You will:
• Conduct and commission market research to uncover opportunities for new spa
packages or promotions, drawing insights from customer demand and market trends.
• Gather and analyse data to understand client preferences, booking habits, and
regional marketing characteristics to refine offerings.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that foster
business growth and reinforce our unique value proposition tailored for women.
• Provide expert guidance on all marketing mix elements, shaping product offerings,
pricing, promotions, advertising, and distribution channels to align with spa clientele.
• Build and execute brand visibility initiatives, ensuring Moroccan Hammam’s identity
remains consistent and compelling across all platforms, from traditional to digital.
• Create engaging promotional assets, including online content, newsletters, and in-spa
materials, consistent with our serene and authentic Moroccan branding.
• Oversee social media content creation and community engagement across platforms
such as Instagram and Facebook to attract and retain customers.
• Coordinate special events and collaborations, such as bridal packages, mother
daughter retreats, or pamper parties, to enhance client experience and loyalty.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback, providing insights and
recommendations to optimize engagement and retention.
• Collaborate closely with management to set marketing targets and contribute to
overarching business development and expansion strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing specialist role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email
marketing.
• Excellent communication in English, speaking other languages is a plus, and
copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business
Suite, Canva/Adobe).
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet
deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
