As a Future Talent – Sales Analyst, you will embark on a learning journey to understand and support the commercial strategy behind Tetra Pak’s packaging portfolio in the Andina s market. You will gain insights into customer consumption patterns, packaging trends, and innovation opportunities, while learning how to apply data analysis and financial evaluation to identify and develop business opportunities. Through close collaboration with marketing, design, and sales teams, you will explore how our differentiated packaging solutions, help customers strengthen their brand identity and stand out in competitive markets. This experience will prepare you to contribute to strategic decision-making and customer engagement across the region.

What you will do
As a Future Talent - Sales Analyst, you will:
Analyze customer consumption data and packaging trends;
Work with marketing and design teams to understand packaging innovation;
Prepare the commercial strategy in support of the sales team, using both internal and external sources;
Promote, follow-up and analysis of commercial opportunities based on customer information;
Maintain regular communication by strengthening the relationship with customers and improving the understanding of their strategies and needs, developing solution proposals, to identify opportunities;
Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic decisions;
Understand our product portfolio and value proposition;
Organize, prepare and present workshops to the Market clients;
We believe you have
Talented recent graduation on any of the Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or other related Engineering programs;
Passion for excellence;
Customer centricity;
Interest in taking your career to the next level;
Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025;
Availability to travel the percentage required;
Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Ability to establish fluent conversations in English (Advanced Level);
Collaboration on academic projects or business practices is desirable;
