Machine Operator â 3rd Shift

Location: Aberdeen, NC

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00 PM â 7:00 AM

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Machine Operator (Extrusion Operator) to join our growing team in Aberdeen, NC. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and has previous machine operating or manufacturing experience. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion equipment to ensure quality production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operate extrusion and production machinery

Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications

Load and unload materials as needed

Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)

Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Lift and handle materials weighing up to 45 lbs

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Previous machine operator or production experience preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Solid work history demonstrating reliability and responsibility

Must pass a drug screen and background check
