Job Duties

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Manage project finances and implement cost-saving measures

Serve as primary contact for General Contractors, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

Conduct site inspections, manage risk, and maintain accurate project documentation

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered

Hands-on construction experience preferred; knowledge of Architectural Sheet Metal a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Procore, or similar software

Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills

Proven networking abilities and client relationship management experience
