Tax Manager

Century Group is in search of an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing CPA firm north of Denver. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of tax experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year. Very flexible hybrid schedule, up to four days remote.

Job Description:

Follow up on tax returns in progress

Prepare estimated tax payments for clients

Prepares income tax return forms for businesses and individuals

Uses tax form instructions and software to make proper entries on the tax form Requirements:

Proficient with the Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop, including strong Excel and ERP system skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to work independently and take initiative

Able to adapt to changing priorities
