Night Duty Manager - Hotel - Free Gym Membership

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Night Duty Manager to take the lead at a busy hotel near Coalville.

As the night duty manager, you will oversee the smooth running of hotel operations throughout the night, ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of all guests during their stay whilst leading the team to deliver exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality management (ideally hotels) who thrives in a hands-on leadership role.

Highlights of the role:

Salary between £25,500 to £27,000 DOE

Fixed night shift pattern: 11 pm – 7 am

What are we looking for:

Proven experience in a customer-facing management role within hospitality (night shift experience is a bonus)

A confident leader with excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative to solve problems efficiently
