Job Description Summary: Provides support in the administration of employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PDL, military, parental, and personal leaves.
Collaborates with the Leave Administrator, third-party vendors, HR, and Benefits teams to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating leave requests, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, responding to inquiries, and educating employees on leave processes and benefit impacts.
Requires 3-5 years of multi-state leave experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Workday experience preferred.
The pay range for this position is expected to be $70k-$75k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description: Job Description * Provide support to the Leave of Absence Administrator in the administration of a wide range of protected leaves, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PDL, state specific leaves, military leaves, parental leaves, and personal leaves.
* Provide guidance, coordinate leave requests, ensuring legal compliance and facilitating * smooth transitions for employees returning from leaves of absence.
* Partner with the Leave of Absence Administrator and collaborate with our third-party administrator to streamline our leave process and improve employee experience.
* Educate employees on their responsibilities and required documentation for taking leave * Creates and maintains accurate compliant leave of absence tracking and recordkeeping, * along with reporting.
This includes the monthly report invoice.
* Process all documentation associated with leave and respond to routine employee inquiries regarding leaves of absence.
* Maintain frequent contact with HRBPs and HRCs and provide employee case status.
* Provide guidance to employees on the impact of employee benefits as it relates to a specific type of leave.
* Partner and provide support to the Benefits Team.
* Additional task as needed.
Job Requirements * 3-5 years of leave of absence/benefits experience * Expert level leave and proven experience of multi state leave such as CA, Oregon, WA, etc.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.
Strong understanding of employee benefit impact as related to leaves.
* Highly organized, detail oriented * Ability to handle a high volume of work.
