SAP BTP Consultant - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, AI/ML services, and Analytics Cloud.

Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards for BTP deployments.

Guide application modernization, cloud migration, and integration strategies with third-party systems.

Manage and mentor a team of tech leads, developers, and integration specialists.

Drive knowledge sharing, skills development, and team performance improvement.

Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, guiding BTP capabilities, solution options, and roadmap planning.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure solution alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Skills and Experience:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in SAP, with 4 or more years in BTP solution architecture

Hands-on experience with BTP services, including CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, Event Mesh, and Security services.

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs.

Proven team management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects.

Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
