• Manages the manpower planning & shift rostering as per the load projections and productivity targets.
• Compliance to the SOPs, facility 5S and overall upkeep of the facilities.
• Monitoring vehicle connections, availability and ensuring timely unloading/loading of vehicles. (metrics)
• Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profile and coordinate with fleet.
• Maintaining the service levels and ensuring the performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams (such as commercial, security, fleet, last mile).
• Driving the metrics in their respective functions (inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, first mile metrics).
• HR/Employee related KRA’s – Diversity Hiring, Maintaining Employee Morale, Employee safety on the floor
• Mentors and works toward capability building of the team members
• Continuously explores process improvement opportunities and drives them to closure
• Implement industry best practices of shop floor management - Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.
Females are preferred for this role
Education requirement- BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred.
Experience- 1-3 years post graduation
