Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, and route them to the appropriate departments.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for team members.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a neat, organized, and presentable environment.
Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks as needed.
Support the sales and marketing teams by coordinating meetings and handling client inquiries.
Handle courier, dispatch, and office supplies efficiently.
Maintain records of visitors, calls, and correspondence.
Assist with onboarding of new employees and general office administration.
Address customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Higher secondary or graduate degree preferred.
1–2 years experience in front office, administration, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office, phone systems, and email correspondence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented approach.
