Interior Site Supervisor

Job description:

Sriedecor, a leading interior solutions company, is looking for a committed and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage site activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate interior site activities from start to finish.

Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.

Liaise between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to meet standards.

Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines.

Ensure site safety, adherence to regulations, and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Address on-site issues and provide quick resolutions.

Verify measurements, layouts, and installation procedures before execution.

Manage labor, allocate tasks, and track work progress efficiently.

Assist in material procurement and inventory management.

Ensure proper communication and documentation for billing and reporting.

Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with the design team for plan approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior, construction, or fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, installation processes, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and layouts.

Proficiency in site planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
