Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Senior Tech Business Development Manager, based in Nairobi County, Kenya.

This leadership role is focused on driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and securing high-value partnerships. The Senior BDM will oversee the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and negotiating deals to ensuring project success and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across SaaS, ERP, CRM, and digital solutions.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop and execute sales and growth strategies that align with Yunovia Group’s objectives.

Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions with clients.

Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.

Manage multiple accounts and projects, ensuring delivery meets expectations.

Prepare and present business development reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Proven success in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management (ideally within SaaS/Tech).

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience in Project Management and ability to handle multiple client engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of ERP, CRM, SaaS, or digital transformation platforms is a significant advantage.

Compensation

KES 30,000 – 50,000 per month (commensurate with interview performance and experience).
