We are seeking a reliable Service Coordinator to join our team onsite and support daily operations for both our customers and technicians.

Position Overview

The Service Coordinator serves as the key link between customers, technicians, and management. This role is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate records. Whether part-time or full-time, the ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch technicians for inspections, service, and maintenance using Connecteam.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and service updates through the online phone system.

Maintain customer and job records in Pipedrive (CRM) and industry-related systems.

Track job progress and ensure timely completion of work.

Prepare and distribute work orders, reports, and invoices as needed.

Manage compliance documentation and assist with customer portals (Avetta, ISNetworld, etc.).

Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Support office administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in an administrative support role (fire protection, construction, or trades industry preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Connecteam, Pipedrive, and online phone systems (training provided if needed).

Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/certifications a plus.
