Primary Function: Keep properties in clean and orderly condition

Essential Functions: Performs general maintenance duties inside and outside.

Major Duties:

Lawn care at multiple properties

Ability to perform minor carpentry projects

Knowledge of electrical and finish trim work

Janitorial services.

Conduct painting projects with attention to detail and quality

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Ability to understand verbal instructions and follow safety procedures.

Ability to use tools and equipment.

Ability to bend, stoop and lift

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Education and Experience:

Previous work experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work, lifting, pushing or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is primary part (more than 70%) of job. Work involves moderate exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
