They aim to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the community they serve.Opportunity:Candidate must have experience with procedures in both adult & pediatric patientsCRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients, as may be required to meet Hospital’s requirements for such services in a timely manner through scheduled or “on call” coverage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required by Hospital’s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.)In addition, CRNA shall:- Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.- Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia; and- Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits.Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals of the practiceEMR is CernerQualify for federal school loan forgiveness programCompensation:To be discussed at interviewSign-on bonusLoan forgiveness/repayment program availableHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability BenefitsProfessional Malpractice Coverage403(B) Plus Hospitals Matches and Deferred AccountHealth shortage area- qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
