We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Placement Coordinator who can bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. This role involves working closely with students/job seekers and industry partners to facilitate successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to source job opportunities.
Match suitable candidates with relevant openings based on skills, interests, and employer requirements.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job criteria.
️ Schedule and manage interviews between employers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
Maintain comprehensive records of placements, candidate feedback, and employer insights.
Track placed candidates’ progress, address concerns, and ensure long-term success.
Generate and present regular reports on placement statistics, market trends, and ongoing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, or career counseling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve career success.
