Job title- Performance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate on defining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, linkedin and Bing Ads for traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Implement display advertising campaigns and utilize retargeting strategies across relevant ad networks.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance through A/B testing and landing page experiments.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on ROI and ROAS targets.
Qualifications:
~Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
~Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI/ROAS.
~Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
~Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
~Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.
