We require at least five years of machining experience.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in machine shop operations, close tolerances, and exotic metals, preferably with experience in aerospace applications.
Your ability to conduct audits efficiently by running to the ground while handling other activities to their practical completion, and an engineering background or degree is desired.
Relocation Costs Paid For Somerset, New Jersey Area Position Salary Range: $95k-$115k with relocation.

OVERVIEW: The quality control inspectors are responsible for the visual mechanical inspection of products, including wall castings and plated/painted products.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The quality control inspectors are responsible for the visual and mechanical inspection of products ranging from raw castings to plated/finished products.
Second position: quality control inspector tasks: First piece to final inspection on machine par required qualifications: TASKS: Experienced in first piece inspection - visual and mechanical inspection of the first piece samples from castings and secondary operations.
This process involves roving inspections, including visual inspections at machine centers during castings and secondary operations, as well as visual and mechanical inspections within quality during these operations.
Ability to conduct a Final inspection, including both visual and mechanical checks of the finished product.
Experienced in SPC - program entering variable data.
Maintain the QA facility in an orderly fashion.
Perform any other related duties as tasked by the manager or the lead inspector.
Experience: You should have experience in quality systems and maintenance, as well as casting production processes and secondary operations.
Education: Should have a high school diploma, Quality systems training, ISO training, or an equivalent amount of experience.
Must be familiar with the use of standard measuring equipment, including micrometers, veneer calipers, and optical comparator doors.
Must be able to interpret product drawings and read and write in English.
