BAKESHOP TEAM LEAD
Collin Street Bakery is seeking a results-driven leader to assist in the daily management of our Historic Texas Bakeshop. The Team Lead reports to the Senior Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor and is expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities: maintain compliance with company policy/core values; open/close the bakeshops; oversee daily staffing levels; make cash deposits, allocate staffing in accordance with customer volume.
The most successful candidates have experience in retail, especially food services, and have some level of proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the floor operations for the Senior/Assistant Manager in their absence
Maintain teamwork and momentum among staff during your shift
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure compliance with bakery policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Be a shining example of professional behavior and high job performance
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Proven leadership experience
The ability to stand for extended periods
Proven successful experience in Retail, especially food services
Must be available to work weekends
Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code, Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands, neck, or face)
