We’re searching for an eager deckhand ready to embark on their maiden voyage in the world of sales. As a Customer Development Representative (CDR), you’ll be at the helm of our outreach efforts—charting new waters, spotting opportunities on the horizon, and helping guide potential clients safely into harbor with our solutions.

This role is perfect for someone starting their career, ready to learn the ropes, and excited to sail alongside a supportive crew.

Responsibilities

Hoist the sails by researching and identifying potential customers in uncharted waters (prospecting).

Navigate outbound communication channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to spark interest and open dialogue.

Steer qualified leads toward our Business Development Officers and Account Executives.

Log daily activities in our ship’s log (CRM system) to track your course and progress.

Attend crew huddles and training to sharpen your navigation tools (sales skills).

Be the lookout in the crow’s nest—sharing feedback and insights about market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

No prior sales experience required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills (you’ll need to signal clearly across the open sea!).

Resilient and adaptable when the waters get choppy.

Self-motivated and able to chart your own course while following the captain’s compass.

Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools.

Row in Unison: Work as part of a tight-knit crew, supporting fellow canvassers and collaborating with the broader Domus team to ensure smooth sailing.
