Education:

Bachelors degree in laboratory science or related field

Experience:

3+ years of clinical laboratory work

1+ years of flow cytometry experience is preferred

Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

Qualification Requirements:

Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH).

Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Good visual acuity including color perception
