Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing accurate estimates and bids for various construction projects, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and development in the field of construction estimating.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

Analyze project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.

Utilize On Screen Take Off software to measure quantities from digital drawings.

Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to gather necessary information for bids.

Research and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

Participate in bid meetings and presentations as needed.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

0-2 years of experience in estimating or related roles in the construction industry.

Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.

Proficient in On Screen Take Off or similar estimating software.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
