JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Auckland! And is looking for its next Front Office Duty Manager.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Duty Manager will ensure our guests are warmly welcomed, smoothly and quickly, withing our Open House.
Job Description

Mission 1: Welcome and assist each guest with personalised attention, from check-in to check-out.
Mission 2: Supervise and coach the reception team to ensure smooth and impeccable service.
Mission 3: Manage the cash registers, verify accounts, and ensure proper handling of payments.
Mission 4: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and responsively.
Mission 5: Actively promote the hotel's services : shop, restaurant, events... it all passes through your hands.
Mission 6: Ensure communication between the team and management by reporting all essential information.
Mission 7: Be the 'yes' person, no challenge is too big or small.
Mission 8: Be the guarantor of a flawless customer experience at all times of the day.
Qualifications

An impeccable sense of welcome and customer service.
A natural ability to lead and motivate a team.
Flawless organisation and excellent priority management.
Smooth and effective communication in all circumstances.
A desire to learn and develop.
YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
Level of studies: Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
Field of study: Hospitality or Tourism.
Professional experience: 2 years minimum.
Languages required: English.
