Responsibilities

Support the Store Director in the day-to-day operation of a designated Fiesta Mart store.

Collaborate with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and maintain high levels of customer service.

Model professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.

Assist in the operation of all store departments and resolve complex employee issues.

Coordinate staff activities to achieve operating results in compliance with company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

CPFM Certified Food Protection Manager or equivalent certification required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.

Experience in retail grocery management or equivalent leadership role preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
