We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative attorney in our Eau Claire office to help manage our new location as we continue to expand. Job Type/Location:
The position can be hybrid or in-person in our Eau Claire, Wisconsin, office, which had its grand opening in June 2025
Eau Claire Attorney candidates should also have an interest in helping manage the team and office in Eau Claire; management experience is preferred

How to Apply:
Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume with a cover letter detailing their qualifications, experience, and why you think you would be a great fit. Responsibilities:
Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery. Work directly with assigned Case Managers and Paralegals.
Negotiation: Reviewing demands and negotiating with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses and obtain expert reports and affidavits.
Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.Qualifications:
Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar; licensure in Minnesota is a plus but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on motor vehicle and automobile liability.
Proven ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Highly motivated self-starter with clear long-term career goals and commitment to professional growth.
Demonstrates compassion and empathy when working with injured clients and their families.
Collaborative team player who thrives both independently and alongside Case Managers, Paralegals, and cross-departmental colleagues.
Dedicated to supporting fellow attorneys and contributing to the overall success of the attorney divisions.
