Experienced In-House Loan Processor (5+ Years)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor with 5+ years of mortgage processing experience who can handle a high-volume pipeline with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, non-QM, and other mortgage products, as well as compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Review and process mortgage loan files from submission to closing.

Ensure all documentation meets compliance and investor guidelines.

Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow, and borrowers throughout the process.

Verify income, credit, assets, appraisal, and title documents.

Manage conditions and follow up to ensure timely closings.

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years mortgage processing experience (required).

Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans.

Familiarity with Encompass or other LOS platforms.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset.
