What You'll Do

Install new residential roofs, perform full re-roofs, retrofits, and roof repairs.

Work with shingle, tile, foam, and flat roof systems.

Identify roof issues and complete high-quality repairs (flashing, underlayment, leak fixes).

Ensure all roof penetrations are sealed and meet quality and safety standards.

Maintain clean, safe work sites and follow local codes and company standards.

Support occasional warranty and service calls.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in residential roofing (shingle, tile, flat roof).

OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 Preferred)

or ability to obtain within 6 months

Knowledge of materials, methods, and repair techniques.

Experience using standard roofing tools and safety equipment.

Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions.

Can lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical work including bending and kneeling.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR for the past 5 years.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional training such as First Aid, CPR and Competent Person Training.
