Inside Sales Agent – Marcus & Millichap Century City

Marcus & Millichap Century City is seeking a licensed and motivated Inside Sales Agent who is ready to take the next step in commercial real estate. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, structured training, and mentorship from top producers, serving as a stepping stone toward becoming a full Listing Agent.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will build pipelines, generate qualified opportunities, and support brokers in driving consistent deal flow. You will gain exposure to client development, property analysis, and commercial transaction strategies while sharpening the skills that prepare you for running your own listing business.

Marcus & Millichap provides the structure, tools, and coaching that position new professionals for long-term growth. You will start by supporting the team, and as you gain traction, transition into taking on your own listings with confidence.

Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region

Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficientlyQualifications:

Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license

Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Real estate license required
