LHH is a third-party recruiting team partnering with a thriving company near Murrysville, PA, and we’re looking for a motivated and upbeat Administrative Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a direct hire position with competitive pay and long-term career potential.What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism

Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and filing

Supporting special projects and keeping the office organized and efficientWhat You Bring:

1–2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and a love for helping others
