Qualifications

A true passion for helping patients and families

Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education

Licensure: Current state license as a social worker

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings

Other Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
