Job Description

Well-established Mechanical Company is looking for experienced: Sheet Metal Foreman- Mechanics and helpers.

Foreman- Pay up to $ 37+with experience

Mechanic- Pay up to $ 30+ with experience

Helper- Pay up to $ 24 with experience

Sign on Bonus after probation period

To work in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington.

* Must have own tools

* Be able to read drawings

Ideal candidate must have the ability to:

Manage One or Multiple Commercial-HVAC Projects Concurrently

Manage, Scope

Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions: Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control

Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule

Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project

Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers

Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers

Prepare Monthly/Quarterly ProjectionsCompany Description
