Role overview:

Working as a key member of the manufacturing team, as an Industrial Engineer, you will monitor, plan and design manufacturing processes.

This position will be based in LEAR Corporation Vigo.

Main Responsibilities:

Plans, oversees, and coordinates activities concerned with development, design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.

Conducts studies in operations to maximize workflow and spatial utilization. Ensures facility efficiency and workplace safety.

Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.

Key skills and Qualifications:

University Graduate with bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field

Fluent English and Spanish

Experience working in a manufacturing plant

Problem solving skills

Knowledge of production machinery
