What You'll Do

Provide weekly supervision to team members and student interns, ensuring professional growth and success.

Oversee screenings, assessments, counseling sessions, treatment planning, and collaboration with service providers.

Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and the Clinical Director.

Monitor program progress and provide insightful updates weekly.

Ensure compliance with electronic health records and engagement hours, coaching clinicians as needed.

Lead onboarding and training for new employees and interns, following a structured 30-60-90 day plan.

Participate in community partnerships, clinical staffing, training sessions, and interagency meetings to foster collaboration.

Assist in the hiring and selection of interns and clinical staff. Specialty Areas - Mobile Response Team (MRT)

Manage and submit monthly MRT trackers and schedules.

Lead MRT meetings and coordinate with community partners such as DCF, LSF, and Nassau County Schools.

Maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with community partners.

Oversee AmeriCorps team members and assist with new hire training. What You Bring

Education & Experience: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.

Leadership Experience: At least three years of clinical supervision and leadership experience.

Certification & Licensure: Must hold an FL License (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship abilities.
