Are you a skilled machinist ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team!
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate various machine tools (manual lathe, mill, grinder, drill presses, CNC Mill, CNC Lathe).
Modify and repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
Read and understand mechanical blueprints for moderately complex parts.
Perform quality checks using micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers.
Train less experienced machinists and specify necessary tools.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment (6S: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Safety, Sustain). What You Bring:
3+ years of machining experience or equivalent knowledge.
Strong understanding of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, and machining procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
