Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team and oversee the administrative functions of our automotive repair facility.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities Essential FunctionsLead, Motivate, and inspire.

Cultivate a Positive environment for all.Attend and contribute to morning and mid-day release meetings to ensure proper coordination between the office and productionAssist and Manage CSRs with customer updates, arms updates, check-insManage incoming emails and CCC inbox for items needing resolutionWrite estimates or assist walk-in customers and appointmentsCommunicate with call center on new assignments and workload/scheduleAnswer incoming calls as needed to help with CSR workloadFinal bill/reconcile all RO’s.

Review GP on parts, manage performance exceptions, run paint materials usage, and bill accordingly upon the completion of repairsFollow up on sublets and post sublet invoices during the final bill process, as neededPrepare warranty sheets and final bill packets prior to vehicle pickupFollow up on any payments being issued to customers, submit final bill/supplement, ensure payment will be issuedAssist CSRs with QC, final photos, contacting customers, and delivering the final product QualificationsProven experience in office management, preferably in the automotive repair industryStrong leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to handle conflict and confrontation with factual information and documentationKnowledge and skill to fill in all positions as needed within the teamAbility to manage and grow a diverse team based on workload BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick DaysUniforms401(k) with employer matchPaid Training
