Experience - 2 - 5 years of experience
Salary - Upto 2.4 LPA
Job Summary: Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation.
Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
Employee Records and Administration:
Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information.
Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date.
Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.
Payroll and Benefits:
Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors.
Track employee attendance and leave.
Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries.
Employee Relations and Support:
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies.
Assist with employee grievances and complaints.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
Reporting and Coordination:
Generate reports on HR activities and performance.
Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team. Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Education: An Associate's degree in a related field may be required.
