GENERAL LABORER

Job Description

DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading and unloading debris in a fast-paced environment

Use of shovels, sledgehammers, and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Collaboration with team members and participation in safety briefings

Filling out daily paperwork with accuracy

Wearing personal protective equipment is required

Position-specific Competencies

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to Travel 75% of the time

Able to consistently work up to 60 hours per week, ability to work some Saturdays

Must be able to repeatedly lift 25 pounds

Possible equipment training

Standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and bending over repeatedly

Follow all Safety Programs, Policies, and Procedures

Must work well with others on a team

All candidates must pass a background check (no felonies) and pre-employment drug screen and physical

Temp to Full Time after 90-day probationary period and review.
