Job Summary: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a strong communicator who can interact well with clients, contractors, and vendors. You will be designing site wide power distribution systems, and analyzing power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design power distribution systems (15kV to 120V).

Perform power system analysis using software like SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.

Conduct site visits for field measurements, equipment evaluation, and start-up support.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.

Lead the development of construction drawings for industrial projects.

Implement BIM protocols and adhere to the National Electric Code.

Provide technical guidance and improve departmental design practices.

Duties

Design and develop electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Utilize software packages such as SKM, ETAP, or Easypower.

Implement logic controllers for automation processes within projects.

Implement BIM protocols

Strong understanding the National Electric Code and industry standards for power distribution supporting large heavy industrial and pulp and paper industries.

Collaborate on FPGA design and implementation for specific project requirements.

Conduct system design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform debugging of electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
