About the position

The position is suitable for students who have an interest in manufacturing of pharmaceuticals with the added complexity of ensuring good customer relations for the partners whose drugs we manufacture. The primary responsibility is to assist the Program Managers in their daily activities.

Key tasks may include:

Assisting with documentation, reporting and meeting preparation

Tracking project progress and help ensure deadlines are met

Drafting and proof reading of presentations and contracts

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Assisting with Program Management tasks and projects, both large and small.

Collaborating with the teams and help in case of peak work loads

Other administrative tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

A person currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors or a Master’s education within business or relevant scientific fields such as Biology, Biotechnology Engineering or Pharmacy at a university in Denmark

Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good problem solving and communications skills i.e., verbal, written.

Someone structured and analytical.

Someone actively engaged pro-active, have a can-do attitude, and is motivated by having your own responsibilities.

Flair for IT and knowledge of Microsoft Office package – such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Fluency in English

Your New Department

The Fujifilm Biotechnologies site in Hillerød manufactures Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Product for our external customers who own the drugs. The Program Management department is the primary contact between both stakeholders internally at the site and towards the external customers. Program Management plays a vital role in ensuring good relationships with the customers.

Although the department is comprised of two teams (Drug Substance / Drug Product & Finished Goods), there is seamless collaboration between the two. Despite the department's commitment to diligent and focused work, there is a positive atmosphere with time for friendly conversations and shared laughter, fostering an enjoyable working environment.

As a member of the Program Management department at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, you will be reporting to one of the Program Directors but supporting both teams.
