PAY RATE: £18:08 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties

Supervised zone picking activities, ensuring team members adhered to correct procedures and achieved pick accuracy targets

Monitor and initiate the required service, maintenance and repair of equipment and the purchase of materials as required

Carry out personnel development and performance reviews and appraisals with staff

Cross training between departments to allow coverage of other sections in event of holidays, sickness or absence

Actively manage the team to ensure the efficient flow of product through the warehouse, achieve targets and ensure the full and efficient use of resources

Acting as first point of contact for operational queries during shifts
